Payment
There may be instances where error may occur which affects the product pricing. If we discover an error in the price of any Products which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your Order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the Order as cancelled. If you cancel your Order before we have shipped it to you, and you have already paid for your Order, you will receive a full refund.
Purchases
There may be instances where product model may or may not fulfills the physical criteria for personal mobility devices set by LTA. Each product page will have description to notice customer if product model fits the LTA law. Customer needs to acknowledge term & conditions before check out and payment. Upon acknowledgement of terms & conditions, we assume that customer have been noticed of product model LTA criteria and is responsible to follow the LTA law set for personal mobility devices. Product model that does not fits the LTA law will be for export sales or use in private properties.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland

Delivery
We will make every reasonable effort to deliver the Product to you within the delivery timeframe stated on the relevant page on which the Product is listed, but you acknowledge that while stock information on the Platform is updated regularly, it is possible that in some instances a Product may become unavailable between updates. All delivery timeframes given are estimates only and delays can occur.
Refund and Cancellation
We do not accept the case below:
1.More than 7 days of receiving the item.2.If item open/used or damaged.
3.Sending item back to us without prior contact.
Warranty of Products
Please choose the Warranty Period you wish to cover.
Warranty covers Motor, Main Controller, LCD screen, Battery and Charger.
The Warranty does not cover due to following reasons:
1. Consumables such as brake pads, braking disc, tires, tube, bearings and etc.
2. Malfunction due to misuse, modification and disassembling.
3. Accidental damage or exterior damages due to usage.
4. Damage or malfunction caused by rain or water.
5. Modification/alteration of the product.
